∙ Access and Modification: Users can access and modify their information during the registration process.
Second Step Registration
For users completing the second step of registration:
∙ Types of Personal Information Collected: Year of Birth, Gender, Original Nationality, Research Interests, Academic Status
∙ Optional Information: APACPH Activity Status and Experiences, Special Contributions to APACPH

∙ The ‘APACPH KOREA’ uses the collected information of users for the following purpose:
Participants management and identification
- Publishment of Program book and academic program management and identification
- Performance of contract and service fee settlement regarding provision of services demanded by the users.
∙ The 'APACPH KOREA' agrees that it will obtain consent from the users, if the 'APACPH KOREA' ' desires to use the information other than those expressly stated in this Policy.

We employ security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

∙ The 'APACPH KOREA' dose not collect collective and impersonal information through 'cookies' or 'web beacons'.
