All participants of APACPH 2024 are required to pay the correct registration fees suggested as below.

※APACPH-Active members are defined as those who have paid their membership fees to APACPH by the end of June 2024. Only APACPH-Active members can register for the APACPH 2024 conference as members.

Please note that lunch for October 23 and 25 is only available for purchase during pre-registration.

If you wish to present your abstract, please refer to the registration process provided below and complete your registration.

  4. Step 4

    Check the payment status on ‘My page’
    (You can also receive a confirmation letter via email after you complete the registration)

* If you have paid the registration fee via bank transfer, please submit the receipt to the secretariat (office@apacph2024.com) after payment.

Payment

* Registration using a credit card will be available starting July 1.

  • ONLY VISA, MASTER, and JCB CARDS are ACCEPTABLE.
  • Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.
  • Participants can make payment on any browser in WINDOWS. The payment made at other PC operating environment (ex. MAC OS) is not allowed due to the required security program installation.

  • The transfer must be made under the registrant’s name only and the name must be stated on the receipt.
  • Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.
  • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should send to the secretariat(office@apacph2024.com) via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The full refund will be provided if notification of cancellation is received in writing no later than September 30, 2024. Cancellation request made after September 30, 2024 is not applicable for the any percentage of refund.
Please note that all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refunded amount and all approved refunds will be issued after the conference has ended.
