  • Abstract Submission Deadline: July 20, 2024 (by 12 AM (midnight) / Korean standard Time, UTC+09:00)
  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: June 1 - July 30, 2024

Guideline for Submission

    Fill out authors information and abstract contents in the system

  4. step 4

    Check the acknowledgement of your submission sent to your E-mail

  5. step 5

    Check the acceptance notification by E-mail and at My Page

Language and Consistency

We accept abstracts written in either British English or American English, Which must be used in a consistent manner throughout the abstract.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font type: Arial
  • Font size: Title - size 16; Body text - size 11
  • Line spacing: 1.5

Word Limit

The word limit for your abstract is 300 words maximum.
(The abstract should outline the aim of the study, provide a concise overview of the methods employed, highlight the main findings, and present the conclusions.)

Template Reference

Presenting author must be identified in bold letters and underlined when preparing the abstract. Please submit your abstract using the abstract template provided by APACPH 2024 for formatting consistency.

Submission Checklist

  • The abstract must be written in English and submitted prior to the specified deadline.
  • Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
  • Acknowledgment of your submission will be automatically sent to your E-mail. Please ensure that you receive the E-mail confirmation after submitting your abstract. If you failed to receive the E-mail, please check the submission result on the submission platform.

Agreement

Submitting an abstract implies the following agreements from its author(s):

  • Submitted abstract will be published in the APACPH 2024 program book.
  • Presenter(s) will attend at APACPH 2024

Presentation Type

Submitters could select their preferred presentation type. However, the final presentation type could be modified in accordance with the committee's arrangements

Deadline and Changes

  • Before the abstract submission deadline, authors can edit their saved abstract information at the web submission site as they wish.
  • After the deadline for abstract submission, notification of acceptance can be found at the submitter's web account.
